THE CLINICAL STANDARDS & BOOKING POLICY

To ensure every client receives the focused, clinical attention they deserve, the following protocols are strictly enforced for all Navia Beauty Studio sessions.

1. THE BOOKING COMMITMENT (DEPOSITS)

Your investment in your skin and artistry begins at the moment of booking.

  • Transformations & Artistry ($100 & Over): A $50 non-refundable clinical deposit is required to secure your appointment. This is 100% credited toward your service on the day of your session.

  • Maintenance Services (Under $100): A valid credit card must be kept on file to secure your spot. No upfront deposit is charged for these services (e.g., waxing), but the 24-hour cancellation terms apply.

  • Weddings: A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total contract value and a signed agreement are required to secure your wedding date.

2. THE 24-HOUR CANCELLATION RULE

We value your time and ask that you respect ours. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time.

  • Late Cancellations (Under 24 hours): Will result in the forfeiture of your $50 deposit. For "Card on File" services, 100% of the service fee will be charged to the card provided.

  • No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will result in a charge for the full remaining balance of the scheduled service.

3. ON-LOCATION & TRAVEL TERMS

For clients requiring mobile artistry for graduations, galas, or weddings:

  • The 5-Person Minimum: All on-location bookings require a minimum of 5 services. Parties smaller than 5 are hosted at our Scandinavian studio.

  • Convenience Fee: A flat $50 On-Location Setup Fee applies to all travel bookings to cover clinical kit sanitation and breakdown.

  • Mileage: A rate of $1.00 per mile (round trip) applies for all locations 10+ miles outside of the studio.

4. LATE ARRIVALS

To maintain our clinical schedule, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or rescheduling. The full service fee still applies to protect our specialist's time.
